At Brands For Less, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup using the prepaid shipping label provided in your account.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
